Mikayla Stockbridge

FOUNDER

In 2016, my world changed forever when my daughter arrived three months early. That experience reshaped my perspective on health, wellness, and the choices we make every day. Navigating the challenges of a premature birth ignited my passion for natural health, leading me to explore the power of clean, wholesome products. What started as a personal journey quickly became a mission—to help others discover the benefits of natural living.

Through Vibrance Marketing, I help brands growing or maybe just breaking into retail, grow sales, and expand in key markets. I work directly with natural and emerging brands to secure shelf space, strengthen buyer relationships, and drive long-term growth. Whether landing a first major retail account or increasing velocity in existing stores, I develop strategies to help products stand out in a competitive market.

With strong industry connections, I bridge the gap between great products and the right retail opportunities, helping brands secure placements, grow revenue, and build a lasting presence.

When I’m not strategizing ways to elevate brands, I’m researching health and wellness, chasing after my kids, or connecting with amazing people in and outside the industry. My goal remains the same: to make natural, healthy living more accessible to households everywhere.

Michelle Opel Bernhard

My journey into the natural products industry began during my own personal health journey after the unexpected death of my mother. As I walked the path of losing 150 pounds through nutrition and exercise, I became passionate about spreading the message of the power behind health, wellness and natural foods!

I have over 15+ years’ experience in sales, brand management, data analytics & business development in the natural foods CPG industry. I’ve managed the retail/merchandising growth of 100+ natural/organic brands, worked with retailer/distributor data management, and guided the category review process for numerous brands at multiple retailers.

I transfer my enthusiasm for the message of natural foods into my ‘non-CPG’ life as a Certified Health Coach, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Specialist.

I am dedicated to driving awareness, trial and capturing new consumers for emerging brands. I can’t wait to hear your brand’s story and partner in your growth!


Derek Gould

DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING

A family health crisis introduced me to the natural products industry in 2004, and in 2005 I left my job at an electronics manufacturer to join a health and wellness ecommerce retailer.

I spent 16 years developing an understanding of nutritional supplements and worked with many of the top brands in our industry. I enjoyed partnering with them to develop wide-ranging and successful promotional campaigns.

I also had the opportunity to create a large private label brand assortment, contributing to formulas, sourcing, brand aesthetic, and label artwork. I collaborated with both the marketing and tech teams in creating the online journey of the customer with the products.

I learned brand storytelling and how it connects to people, from some of the best in the business.

My personal mission is to get more natural products into more peoples’ hands. I look forward to doing that for you!
